A Healing Journey Begins When You Are Ready

In 1995 I started my massage journey and have a deep sense of pride in what I do. I have been trained in the many massage disciplines you see here, and am dedicated to helping my clients in as many ways as I can.

Over the past 15 years I have spent extensive time in Thailand, studying directly from the source the art of Thai Massage. Each time expanding my knowledge and understanding of this discipline.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue Massage is a technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

$85/1-hour $120/1.5-hours

Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. Rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked to release the energy-lines from the feet to the head.

$130 /1.5-hours

Therapeutic Massage

This is a Deep Tissue massage incorporating Stretching and Myofascial Release, specifically addressing the clients individual issues, and concerns.

$90/1-hour

Stretching

I am a stretch specialist Focusing on your needs and challenge areas, and muscle groups. This is a 30 minute individualized stretching.

$50 / .5- hour

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is geared toward relieving the aches and pains and stress that the body encounters when pregnant. Encouraging lymph and blood circulation, while soothing weight bearing joints and muscles.

$85/1-hour

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Swedish massage is a relaxation technique designed to help the client relax and reduce stress.

$75/1-hour $110/1.5-hours

Chair Massage Events

Chair massage events for corporate business, weddings, sporting events, and parties.

$70/1-hour $110/1.5-hours

In Home Massage

I will also travel to homes and do private in home massage.

Price depends on distance and Massage style desired
